The device and OS version you're using (e.g. iPhone, iOS version).
The app version, if known (visible in app settings).
A short description of what you expected vs. what happened.
Screenshots, if helpful — please avoid sharing sensitive personal health details unless necessary.

Beta feedback

If you're part of a PepTech beta, feedback on usability, bugs, crashes, and missing features is welcome at the same address above. Please mention that you're a beta tester so we can prioritise accordingly.
